Rates
Our rates are based on 2 adults per night.
Tariffs subject to change without notice.
Tariffs are reviewed annually and changes occur July each year.
3 night minimum stay for Christmas, Easter, long weekends and Heathcote Festivals.
Our rates are based on 2 adults per night. Additional charges for extra adults and children apply. There is no charge for children under 2 years.

PLEASE NOTE: If booking one of our Park Vans online please specify which Park Van you would prefer as there are a couple of options. We will try to accommodate if it is available.

Cancellation Policy
There will be no refund after arrival if your stay is cut short for any reason including bad weather.
For no-shows, we reserve the right to charge entire stay charges.
Changes and cancellations must be made directly with the park.
Cancellations for stays during peak season/long weekends/festivals must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation for a booking in a peak season/long weekends/festivals is within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations or changes at other times can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
An administration fee of $30 will be charged on ALL cancellations.

Park Information
PLEASE NOTE
NO cutting of wood in the park and NO generators at any time.

Boomgate
ACCESS CODE Gives access for ONE car only and to be used purely for your site/cabin. -
Vehicles
Please do not wash cars, vans or caravans in the park at any time. -
Speed Limit
The speed limit in the park is 5km per hour for all vehicles, including bikes. Bide riders are required to wear helmets at all times and bikes can only be ridden during daylight hours and not through the walkways or the sites. -
Visitors & Parking
Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors. All visitors must be registered prior to entering the park. One parking space has been allowed for each site. We ask that all your visitors use the designated visitor parking area located at the entrance to the park. -
Amenities
The amenity blocks are open 24hours a day for your convenience. Children must be always accompanied and supervised by an adult. -
Laundry
Coin operated washing and drying facilities open from 8.00am to 10.00pm. No temporary clotheslines allowed. Dryers and clotheslines are provided. -
Camp Kitchen, TV Room & BBQ Area
The indoor camp kitchen is open from approximately 7.30am to 10.30pm. The outdoor BBQ lights go out at around 10.00pm. -
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all communal areas including amenity blocks, laundries, reception, rec room, cabins, camp kitchen and BBQ areas. -
Free WiFi
Please take advantage of our free wifi. -
Playground
Children must be always accompanied and supervised by an adult. -
Noise Levels
The quite peaceful enjoyment of the park and its facilities by all guests is important to us. Please assist by restricting noise from radios, television, and social gatherings at all times. Music and noise travels and consideration must be always shown to other guests. Threatening behaviour or language will not be tolerated and will result in immediate departure. Strictly no music/noise at all from 10.30pm. Parents or caregivers are responsible for their children's behaviour within the park and all children must be back at their own site before 10.30pm. -
Fire Drums & Firewood
NO OPEN fires are permitted. Fires must be in approved containers above the ground by minimum 30cm. Extreme care should be always taken, and fires should be completely extinguished when unattended.
NO Fires in the park during CFA fire restriction period. If unsure, please check with the office prior to lighting your fire. If disposing of ash, please use ash bins that are supplied. GENERATORS/CHAIN SAWS: No generators or chain saws allowed in the park at any time. NO chopping of wood in the park.
